I am reading two books about macrobiotics right now and I am preparing to start the “lifestyle”. Anyway I don’t know can I go without some of the foods I love? But I just want to be healthier dammit! I also don’t want to have to worry about the fucking diabetes catching my ass. But I will say that I am so over trying to please people; I get the business because I am fat but fuck those fuckers.
Supposedly macrobiotics is supposed to make me less angry and improve my mental health then I won’t think so much about people making me pissed off.
